Works where you sell

Shopify Amazon Planned eBay Planned Etsy Planned

Orders, stock, floor and shipping in one place.

One queue for every channel

Paid orders land together and become pick tasks without anyone assigning them.

Labels from the layout

Bin, rack and shipping labels in 16 media sizes - Code 128 or QR by shape, printed from the same map you drew.

1.5 × 1 in 2 × 1 in 4 × 6 in QR square 16 sizes total

Scan with the phone you have

Camera scanning on Android and iOS confirms every pick, pack and move. Your old guns still work.

Stock that faces an audit

On hand, reserved and available per bin across every warehouse - one number to every channel.

Your floor, drawn to scale

Zones, racks and bins with real dimensions - drawn once in the web admin, walked every day by the routes.

Routes that walk the building

Pick lists become walking orders drawn on your layout - a new hire follows the line on day one.

How stock stays honest

The listing says four because the shelf has four.

The store feeds the floor, and the floor feeds the store back. The listing changes once - when the shipment is real - and buffer rules hold the last units off the market by default.

Narrow aisle between tall racks stacked with shrink-wrapped pallets
Multi-warehouse

Two sites, one number.

Unlimited warehouses on every plan. Each with its own layout, bins and team roles; every channel sees the combined count.

  • Layouts per site Each warehouse drawn to scale, labels printed from its own map.
  • Roles per warehouse Manage in one site, view in another - or one role across all.
  • Orders route to the site that ships Reserved where the units are; tracking back per fulfillment.

We drew the floor in an afternoon and printed the bin labels the same day. The new packer followed the route on his phone without anyone walking him through the aisles.
Sarah M. · home goods seller · two warehouses
The apology emails stopped. Listings update when the box is actually packed, and the buffer keeps the last two units off the market while we count.
Daniel R. · outdoor gear · ~900 orders a month
We priced the enterprise tools first. Fiftify gave us bins, routes and scan-to-pack without a sales call, and the free plan let the team try it on real orders.

Questions sellers ask first

Which sales channels does Fiftify connect to?

Shopify is live with two-way sync today. Amazon, eBay and Etsy are planned next. Every channel sees one combined stock number across all your warehouses.

When do my listing quantities update?

Once per packed shipment - one clean deduction when the box is sealed, never per scan. Buffer rules keep the last units off the market while you count.

Is there really a free plan?

Yes - 100 orders a month, one staff account, unlimited SKUs, channels and warehouses, the same layout editor and scanning as paid tiers. No credit card to start.

Do I need to buy barcode scanners?

No. Camera scanning is built into the worker app on Android and iOS, and any Bluetooth or USB keyboard-wedge gun you already own works without configuration.

Can I run more than one warehouse?

Unlimited warehouses on every plan, each with its own layout and team roles. Channels see one combined count; orders route to the site that ships them.

Is there a sales call or demo?

No sales calls. The product is the demo: sign up, connect a store, draw your floor, pick an order. A human is in chat, and guided onboarding is bookable after sign-up.

Every channel. One floor. No sales call.
