Chat with usHow Fiftify integrations work
Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Etsy run through the same engine: the order comes in the moment it is paid, the count goes out once per packed shipment, tracking goes back per shipment.
One shared count reserves the unit in Fiftify the moment it is paid, which helps prevent two channels from selling the same last item.
A paid order is already a pick task by the time anyone looks at it - batched, routed on your map and scan-confirmed.
Four things, kept in step
In from the channel the moment they are paid, with items, buyer and shipping choice.
Out to the channel after packing confirms the shipment - listings never dip mid-pick.
Back to the channel as the label prints, so the buyer and the marketplace see it first.
SKUs mapped once between the store and the shelf - variants, barcodes and bundles included.
What happens after an order arrives
The paid order lands in one queue with every other channel.
Order management →A pick task or batch guides the picker bin by bin with scan confirms.
Picking →Each unit is scanned into the box; a wrong item is refused.
Packing →The label prints at the bench and tracking goes back to the channel.
Shipping →Connect your store in minutes
No integration? There is an API
A REST API ships on every plan, not as an add-on. Push orders in from any channel or tool, read live stock back, and let the same shared pool cover storefronts Fiftify does not connect out of the box yet.
Endpoints and docsIntegrations FAQ
Which sales channels does Fiftify connect to?
Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Etsy are connected today, all on one shared stock pool, and a REST API connects custom stores and tools. Each channel gets orders in, stock out and tracking back.
How does one stock pool prevent overselling?
The moment any channel takes payment, Fiftify reserves the unit in the shared pool, which helps prevent the last unit from selling twice. Listing quantities update once per packed shipment. Buffers can keep the final units off the market while they are still on the shelf.
Can I connect a channel that is not listed?
Yes, through the REST API on every plan: push orders in and read stock and shipments back. Tell us in the chat where you sell - channel requests shape what gets built next.
Do integrations cost extra?
No. Every plan includes unlimited channels and warehouses, and the API is a feature rather than an add-on.
How fast do orders appear in Fiftify?
An order shows up in the queue the moment the channel reports it as paid, with the stock already reserved. There is no scheduled import to wait for.
