Subprocessors
Fiftify Inc. uses the subprocessors listed below to provide the Services and process Customer Personal Data on behalf of our customers, as described in our Data Processing Agreement. Each subprocessor is bound by contractual data protection obligations appropriate to the services it provides and the personal data it processes.

2. Other third-party providers
We use certain third-party providers that process personal information independently of Fiftify, including the payment providers Paddle, Stripe, and PayPal. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, and where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record it processes payment data for its own regulatory purposes. Website analytics tools used on fiftify.com are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
3. Notice of changes
Fiftify will provide at least 30 days' prior notice before appointing a new subprocessor by updating this page and, where applicable, notifying customers using the mechanism described in the Data Processing Agreement. Customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
